Partnering with hotels allows for traveling electrical workers to have a place to stay as well as ensuring banks have sufficient funds to last them longer than usual if cash deliveries are not feasible after a disaster. The overall purpose is to make sure the community is as prepared as possible by being proactive instead of being reactive.
